SAFETY MEASURES FOR OUR FACILITY DURING THIS TIME

So you can begin to plan, here are a few of the measures we are taking at our facility
to ensure a safe environment for players to come participate during this time.
PLEASE READ THROUGH THESE GUIDELINES FULLY:

-As is the case with all business and areas opening up during this time, please continue to follow general social distancing guidelines:
6 ft. from others, wash hands and sanitize regularly, do not touch surfaces unless necessary,
if you or your player feels sick, please stay home and we can reschedule for a future appointment.

– We will be taking temperatures before camp days and game days.
If for some reason the child’s temperature is 100.4 or above, you will be asked to take your child home.
If your temperature is 100.4 or above, you will not be allowed in the facility to spectate.

-Please DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN BALL. We will be using our sanitized balls within the facility.
If your player brings a ball to camp/skills/practice, they will be asked to leave it in the car.

-Please show up at lesson/practice/game on time or wait in car if early.
Camp doors will open at 8:30 each day. Doors for Rockin’ Rookie games will open 10 minutes
prior to game time. Please do not arrive early as
our doors will be locked.

-Follow the signs when you arrive & leave to ensure your are entering/exiting properly.
Also, we have sanitizer available at the entrance and exit. PLEASE USE!
We also ask that you not linger in the facility after any activity to prevent congestion and
also to allow us adequate time to clean and sanitize for the next scheduled event

One parent or guardian per player is allowed in the facility during lessons, practices & camps.
We encourage age appropriate players to be dropped off for lesson or practice as well.
Campers will need to be checked in and picked up by in-person guardian. We will not allow campers to
leave the facility unattended.

Attendees will have a designated seating area to watch the lesson or practice to ensure continued sanitation.
Please do not bring your other children with you to allow them to run around during camp or Rockin’ Rookie league games.
We need to ensure a safe atmosphere for campers, fans and staff.

Please bring your own water bottle and/or lunch!
At practice/camp, ‘water breaks’ will also be ‘sanitizing breaks’. At camp, the concession stand will NOT BE OPEN.
Please ensure that your child has enough lunch, enough water or sports drink (no soda allowed), and enough snacks to last
for the entire day of camp. We will take plenty of water breaks, so it is up to you to make sure they have what they need.
Our Triple Threat Cafe area will remain closed at this time.

-Please remind your player to try their best to not ‘high-five’ or touch
others unnecessarily. Our coaches will do the same!
