Solid Rock Basketball is helping to develop Oklahoma athletes like never before. Our coaches are here to shape players’ physical and mental game so that they have the tools to become the best that they can be. We exist to help develop players of all ages and experience levels. It is time to get in the gym, improve your skills and fundamentals, and raise the level of your game!

Are you wanting to improve your game skills and IQ? A great place to start is at our weekly skills academy that is divided by age with a curriculum that will teach skills and not just drills. There will not be an area of the game of basketball that will be overlooked.

Each skills academy session is diverse and has a specific curriculum that builds each week and fits together – for widened, overall basketball understanding. As each session builds on the others, it is important to attend as many skills evenings as possible so nothing will be missed!
